New Masats web adds new customer services
Masats has just launched its new corporate website www.masats.es and also the US version www.masats-llc.com.
Both the visuals and content have been completely updated to offer a new platform that facilitates navigation and interaction while providing greater value to customers.
The homepage offers transversal access to different sections, as well as an image gallery with examples of vehicles with Masats doors around the world.
The corporate section has been expanded to better explain the value proposition.
The product section has been completely remodeled and incorporates a practical product search filter.
Particularly noteworthy is the After-sales section or Customer Area, which, in addition to information on the assistance network, offers new applications and services.
- Access to the new Spare Parts and Documentation Portal. This new platform represents a qualitative leap in terms of spare parts identification and documentation. This application makes it possible to navigate in the product structures based on a reference or the product’s tracking label. And it offers extensive information (technical data sheet, 3D images, etc.), as well as the technical documentation for each product.
- Traceability through the “Tracking label”. A section that already appeared on the previous website, highly valued by customers as it allows access to the information of all the equipment, from a Tracking label found on the product.
- New Masats Assist application. An application developed for the management of warranties and repairs, aimed exclusively at official workshops or large operators.
- The customer extranet provides access to information on pending orders, or shipment tracking.
